FINDING QUALITY CANDIDATES:
Networking: Our experience in the restaurant industry has allowed
us to build relationships with many industry professionals who refer
candidates to us on a regular basis.
Cold Calls: On a daily basis we contact Restaurant Managers to discuss
our opportunities, and see if they might no of someone if not them
that might be interested.
Advertising: We utilize print mediums as well as the internet to maintain
a constant resume flow and establish rapport with our candidates.
Internet Sourcing: Applicants can visit our webpage and view all open
positions and submit their resume electronically.
Referral Database: we maintain a large database of past candidates
and referrals, we utilize this on a regular basis seeking current
referrals.
FEE STRUCTURE:
Contingency Fee: This is a flat fee that is negotiated prior to beginning
a search, and is only paid by the client if a candidate is hired.
At PMA we value our integrity, in order to eliminate conflicts of
interest involving negotiations between client and candidate we use
the flat fee structure.
Executive Searches: The fee for an Executive search is based on a
percentage of of the starting base salary, and is paid by the client
if a candidate is hired.
Guarantee: We guarantee to replace a candidate for any reason if they
leave prior to the agreed upon date. This process will take place
immediately after candidates departure and is of no cost to the client.
We do like to suggest a retainer fee for executive searches. This
allows us to devote our full resources to that search. |
